• Calculated the Fuel Cell sizing, logistics, and organized the purchase for a Fuel Safe fuel tank for the P2 SCCA race car

• Designed and managed logistics for the top right engine mount, fuel regulator mount, and engine adapter plate for the P2 SCCA race car

• In the process of machining (4) double split collars for the suspension components 

• Assisted with setting up a 5 ton car lift

• Trained by upper- level students on how to perform Stress Analysis on components using Solidworks.

• Created multiple designs with different materials.

• Adjusted the designs after each simulation to eliminate high stress points.

• Presented the designs to Professional Engineers. Demonstrated how the parts would react with various forces. Received constructive feedback and made changes.

• Design 1 proved to be the most effective. Design 1 was the lightest and provided an ideal distribution of stress.
